What this template does
- Asks a first name, five scored multiple-choice questions and an email address, one at a time.
- Adds up the points from each answer into a single score.
- Shows one of four persona results (Beginner, Balancer, Optimizer, Athlete) depending on the score, each with its own button.
- Asks for the email last, right before the result.
- Shows a progress bar, and works on phones as well as desktops.
